We will always endeavor to do our best to make sure all transactions go as simply and smoothly as possible. If you do encounter a problem with either the listing or transaction please Contact Us ASAP.

Ask Us A Question

Why have we not replied to your question or you seem not to have received it?

Have you blocked or withheld your email address when sending us a question?

Look in your Spam box. Also ensure that your email address is correct for PayPal/Nochex.

Sometimes email server errors can occur and usually with Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo.

I sent a question 3 minutes ago and you still haven’t replied!

You should receive a response to your question within 2 hours of it being received by us and that is normally everyday of the year. If we are exceptionally busy or your question requires a detailed response it may take a few hours before you receive a reply.

Delivery Information

We always try to dispatch all orders with in 48 hours of receiving payment. Occasionally we may be out of stock due to local sales, not often though, and it may take up to 3 to 4 working days to dispatch your item. We will inform you by email.

To keep our postage as secure as possible we use Royal Mail 1st Class (recorded) for most of our orders and others can be shipped by Special Delivery or any of your choice and at your risk. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Timescales

1st class mail normally arrives on average with in 1–5 working days.

Couriered parcels normally arrive on average with in 1–3 working days. Please contact us if your item has not arrived in reasonable time.

Airmail parcels normally arrive on average within 5 - 7 working days of despatch from UK.

If you live in a remote area of the world then delivery will take longer.

Postage Address

Always make sure your PayPal address is kept up to date as we can not be held liable if it contains an incorrect address (somewhere you used to live?). If you move house or flat please up date it! 

We will only send your parcel to the address you completed in either the shopping basket checkout OR the address your Paypal account is registered to.

Lost mail

If your item has not been received with in the timescales listed above you must contact As Soon As Possible

Returns

We comply with all of the legal requirements.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If upon receiving your item you find it to be damaged or faulty please notify us quickly. This should preferably be on the day of receipt but no later than seven days after delivery.

“Changed my mind” Returns

If you are returning items to us under the Distance selling regulations because you have “Changed your Mind” or no longer require the item there are certain rules you need to follow:

The item you are returning must be NEW and UNUSED with its FULL UNDAMAGED/UNOPENED PACKAGING. We do not refund the shipping costs for either sending the item to you OR returning the item to us.

For ALL returns (either faulty or under D.S.R.) you must first contact us by email for agreement and the correct address to send your item to.

None of our Terms & Conditions (including those listed above) affect any of your statutory rights.
